Books and chapels
Hello everybody!
Today marks the day that first actual piece of lore (and with it instruction for the player) is in the game. A lot of preparation went into making this work and I'm quite proud of it.
Furthermore, I added another room: The chapel. How that will be relevant will be revealed later, but it's nice to have it nonetheless.
I've also made a bunch of new sprites, including the bones for the butchering minigame, no pun intended. I can't show you that just yet, as it is... not exactly family friendly, as you'd imagine. You're just gonna have to wait for the release to see it.
Tomorrow then will be dedicated to starting to work on the actual minigame, which will be the most complex thing I've coded thus far, so that's exciting.
